As per the previous reviews. They do not even answer their telephone.
Pathetic service. What has happened to this company? They used to be pretty good!

WE can never get through to your telephone line. Even in December we brought this to your attention

Everything was great... then I got Home and the new remote wouldn't work, once I finally Get through it was a few buttons and it was working. Guys work on your phones that's the difficult part... getting through to you. Thanks for. Fixing my tv problem.

the WORST Company E V E R!!!! waiting SINCE THE 16TH OF November 2016 TILL TODAY THE 19TH DECEMBER 2016 for them to finish an installation.. When you phone they let you hold on, while you can clearly hear them talking to other people, THEY JUST DONOT COME BACK to finish the call.
