Poor Service
One Day Only shipped my parcel to the wrong address. After trying to get in touch I realized they do not have a contactable phone number and all their emails are replied to with automated responses.
I have had to track down the courier to try and resolve the issue. No resolution as of yet.

Broken Solar Light
Unacceptable customer service. Ordered a product in September only to find that one of the solar lights and stand was broken. I have sent numerous messages plus phot o of the product but have not received any satisfaction. #466455
Bought an Amazon Dot 4gen Alexa on 13 August 2021.
Received it on 23 August 2021.
It cannot connect to anything.
24 August - Sent them an email ([email protected])
24 August - a general response is received with instructions on how to return the product.
24 August - I reply that I do not want to return the product - I only need help in connecting it..
25 August - they send info to connect to IOS (Apple) from Customer Success Agent Renika Benjamin - I need Android.
10 September - I send another email to her - no response.
14 September - I send another email to her - no response
29 September - I send another email to customerservice, asking that the letter be forwarded to the CEO - no response from anyone
At this rate, they are well on their way to going out of business, as their business deponds on a high customer support level (both ways) in order to remain effective in the marketplace.
It is a pity that your rating system does not cater for a 'zero'

Absolutely shocking lack of customer service.
Bought an Amazon Dot 4gen Alexa on 13 August 2021.

Screen protector
I order your special for 2x tempered glass screen savers for my Huawei cellphone. Did receive it yesterday 28 July 2021. On opening the parcel this morning I found one screen saver was completely cracked. I did try to phone 021 510 0561 without success.
Please advice the way forward.

I purchased an item (#3046944), and paid via EFT. My order was cancelled for "Non Payment". I sent an email to customer service and was requested to send the proof of payment. Sent the proof and numerous follow-up emails but received no response.
It is important to take a few minutes to check the Review of the company, before buying.

Took me to the next screen.
Tapped on the green 'I want one'
Tapped on my cart - which showed empty!
I tried again! Item still there. Followed same procedure several times.
The item seems still available but not showing in my cart. I cannot buy it. YOU ARE SCAMMING YOUR CLIENTS! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!
However, one of the items was too small and I am waiting for the past 8 weeks for them to reply to my returns request. All i get is an automated response.
The Bad thing is they dont have a street address to visit their premises and return it personally.
If anyone can assist with the street address please share with me.

Returning item for a credit
I purchased from Onedayonly about 8 weeks ago and my order was delivered within the promised time.
However, one of the items was too small and I am waiting for the past 8 weeks for them to reply to my returns request. All i get is an automated response.
The Bad thing is they dont have a street address to visit their premises and return it personally.

TERRIBLE SERVICE
I placed 2 orders for chairs via OneDayOnly, around the 9th of July.
I have NOT had ANY updates on the delivery of my chairs. The total cost was +-R6500. I paid for the delivery of these items.

Terrible customer service and order updates
I placed an order for 2 cases of wine during lockdown. Since lockdown has lifted, I received one of my orders (from the same batch) on 18/06/2020. I have still not received the last case of wine 3 weeks later. There is no number to contact and find out where my order is and all of my queries on the website generate an automated email and no one gets back to me. Shocking service!! Please let me know where my order is!!

Pathetic Customer Service
Bought an Crosley Troubadour Turntable which is faulty. Batteries were flat on delivery. Emailed 4 times and still no response. Requested a contact phone number and received the general email response about high volumes. As pensioners we cannot return the item and requested that they collect and replace the item.
PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

Ordered and received, tried them out and they are absolute rubbish. Nothing like what was said on the box . Arrangements made for return and collected and arranged for refund . Then some wise and wonderful idiot at one day only decided to return them . So now the co is going to find out what my wrath is all about and the consumer council will be involved
