useless cell c
I chose to change over to cell c because of their good contract deals but have had endless problems with them and the call centre has not seemed to resolve my issue. I am so disappointed at the feedback from senior consultants that I cannot wait for my contract to end!

Cant get anywhere!
I have had a number of experiences with cell c that were not good at all, with the cell c customer care line. the cell c sim card belonged to my mum and I would make the calls for her, on her behalf. After much discussion with Cell C, and suffering with extremely poor network service and struggling during phone calls, my mum eventually gave up her contract with cell c. Although they offer great deals, the service unfortunately does not match up.

I am currently not happy with the service I have received from cell c. the call centre guys got all the details wrong after spending 30min with her on the phone. Got the address wrong for delivery and now have to wait 2 more weeks to receive my phone not happy at all.

I have been with CellC for over 10 years. They have their ups and down but overall they are reliable and provide a decent service.

Loyal CellC Client
Phoned Cell C direct to enquire / renew a contract - I am a longstanding client of Cell C, but despite the UNBELIEVABLE offer - which I was going to take as well as add a new line, the low level of confidence inspired in the salesperson made me retract my request, and the HARDWARE was out of stock ?!?. I am still betwixt and between on Cell C direct, as the same salesperson phoned me back the next day, and I again declined, saying I preferred to have a 'one on one' at a Cell C store - upon which she mentioned that a contract renewal via a store would be charged for at R 300-00 a pop ?!? Channel pricing differentiation. In conclusion Cell C have really taken a lead in terms of tariffs and packages and deals - no doubt even world leading, but execution thereof leaves quite a lot to be desired - Alan you must jack up your call centre and stock logistics to get further ahead !!!!
