Service at Springs Licence department, where my daughter went for her Learners drivers licence today 21/01/2022 - Service is unacceptable. Test was completed and she passed....only to be told that the eye test needs to be done before she can have the papers....Guess what? Eye test machine is off line....how does that happen. When I phoned to enquire -- the lady just made me out to be an idiot....and she slammed the phone down in my ear.....How disgusting....I am not surprised....I hate this country with all my being. Sorry South Africa you fail us as a Government in every possible way.

Service at Springs Licence department, where my daughter went for her Learners drivers licence today 21/01/2022 - Service is unacceptable. Test was completed and she passed....only to be told that the eye test needs to be done before she can have the papers....Guess what? Eye test machine is off line....how does that happen. Unhappy

We made an appointment to renew our drivers licenses. The appointment said be there an hour before your appointment. We got there and they told us an appointment means nothing and that you have to stand in the que like all the other people. This is ridiculous why must we make appointments if it will not be prioritized? The system is really NOT WORKING.

Very pleased. Arrived at 9.30 and everything was completed by 10.25. All testing centres could learn a lesson from this one.

Goodstuffonly

Very pleased. Arrived at 9.30 and everything was completed by 10.25. All testing centres could learn a lesson from this one.
Thanks to all the staff.

I came to the licence department yesterday 17/01/2018 just befor 10am and sat here till 14:50 befor I got a eye test done, please note this department closes at 15:00, the man that helped me did not explain to me how the eye test machine work and I failed my eye test. He sai to get a purple form from an optom and come straight back to him in the morning, I had to take ownership off my bike off my name first in the morning as I sold my bike and could not apply for a learners test if I had not changed the ownership. I went to the optom after taking my name off my bike that I sold and the optom said there is nothing wrong with my eyes and gave me a purple form. I came straight here at 11:00am but they told me they cannot process my booking as I must sit in the line again untill I get to the front and then they will help me. I feel that this is not good custimer serviceand that I was told to go straight to the person testing my eyes and that I will not have to wait. But here I'm sitting and I have to wait.

Bad service
