Can I please get someone to help me with this, am really desperate. What does one need to do, to actually get something from our Government?

COMPLAINT - DEPARTMENT OF HOME AFFAIRS QUEENSTOWN
I have applied for an Unabridged Certificate from Home Affairs Department based in Queenstown on the 24 Dec 2019 and I was told it would take 6 - 8 weeks. Well low and behold, I still do not have it. Every time I call Home Affairs Customer Services I get told the same thing that it was not even issued on their system, I have all the receipt confirming payment. Whenever I call the branch the number just rings. Can I please get someone to help me with my son’s unabridged certificate PLEASE!! We couldn’t take him on a cruise holiday booked in February due to this and we have another holiday booked for April, we can’t afford to lose more money.
Can I please get someone to help me with this, am really desperate. What does one need to do, to actually get something from our Government?

Complaint
Came in at about 13h11,registered the death certificate at 13h40 or so but I have been waiting for the printout close to an hour now and still waiting. Shame appalling service to the community.
