    I gave my Diesel watch in for repairs (cracked glass and change wrist band) on 16 March 2016 at the Cajees Keywest shop and was told it would take 6-8 weeks. I went back to the shop on 10 May, they called the repair center in Cape Town and I was sms'd that it would take another 3 weeks to repair. 5 weeks later i return to the store and there's still no watch!!! They called the repair center with all sorts of excuses relating to stock take and parts ordered from Germany etc which frankly is not my problem as i was initially told 6-8 weeks. I asked to see the manager who didn't want to come to the front area so i made some noise and he came forward after some time. No greeting he just said what you want me to say she already explained. This upset me with his crap attitude as a manager he should be discussing issues with customers. I said after waiting another 3 weeks they should have at least followed up and informed me in time instead of me continuously running to check on this repair. He then had the damn audacity to tell me that they were doing me a favor by repairing a watch I purchased in Dubai. If I knew this in the beginning that they were doing me a "favour" I would have went to another store. What a useless and incompetent manager he then walked away while i was talking to him, by then I saw 2 security guard enter the store!!!!!!!!!!! I was not the least bit intimidated, I said what needed to be said. Can you believe I was told they can return the watch unrepaired to which I refused because I already waited 3 month. I must admit the manager lack of customer service and incompetence to manage customer with his poor manners! He even refused to give his name nor did the staff want to disclose the manager name. It's quite clear that they have a website to which there is no business response. I still don't have a date when I can expect my watch ...... this is now posted on HelloPeter websit!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Poor store management
