Purchased three replacement watch batteries today. Service was good as usual but yet again I was surprised that they did not know about Yowzit this is the second time awhile ago I bought my daughter a Polo watch and they did not know what Yowzit meant let alone the discount you get if you are a Yowzit Member.!!!!

They are always friendly and go the extra mile to assist you. My daughter needs a special polar watch and they are busy sourcing it at the moment and the price I was quoted was by far the cheapest! Nothing is too much trouble for them!

I dropped in to change my watch battery and I found the staff very helpfull. They have an amazing selection of very expensive watches. One of the staff members told me that there are watches to the value of R250,000. Wow, that expensive stuff!

Very good and competent service, fast and efficient except for the passing the buck situation. Bought a Casio at Westgate branch and don't live near there so I brought it to Clearwater and they said they couldn't assist me with checking my watches glass to see if there was a manufacturing default. I haven't worn the watch since then. Otherwise battery replacement and setup is good.
