PATHETIC to say the least. You must pay upfront to get connected but then Multichoice dissappear......The corporate package for Orthello in Brackenfell is a joke....a fucking joke. We paid the 4th January upfront, send an email through Orthello's admin as requested by Multichoice and NOTHING!!!! Received a message today that it will only be activated 1st February 2018. Why pay? Why is Multichoise stealing my money, why is Multichoise run by idiots who dont know how to operate..........................Can someone who do have half a brain cell at least and try to contact me and explain. To try and phone is a disaster..............its time to wake up!!!!
I have a old decoder with insurance,now I want a 3rd view,but cannot have a 3rd view as I need to have 2 HD decoders and 1 explora, I only have 1 HD and the explora,so I would like to know if I can change my old decoder which is insured for a HD decoder,please advise,my contact details is 0625602044. Multichoice are really at the top of their game and, although they have no competition, they strive to keep a high standard of product and service. Their offer of R849 per month for a new Explora including subscription for two years is very tempting and we are definitely considering it - and they will deliver it to your home!! When for phone Multichoice for assistance we always speak to someone who knows what they are talking about.

I have checked with my parents in law and sisters in law whilst here in Cape Town, what their opinions of Multichoice in Cape Town are. Everyone seems to have the same opinion - waiting too long to get through to an operator and then getting fantastic service. They also agree that there are far too many repeats. The sport channels are fantastic but some channels just keep showing the same documentaries or movies over and over again. The technical staff must be complimented for tgeir exceptional knowledge!
