This shop always looks inviting to me - it doesnt matter which branch. It is always clean and fresh. I popped in to the ground floor Sorbet last Friday. Needed two items - a medium colour base and some face packs. Sorbet had neither. I went to Clicks next door and got a whole selection of Sorbet face packs. Got my base from the branch at L'Corro. Surely, when you're paying the rent you have to pay at Cresta, you make sure you carry stock? Every penny counts!!

Like Ashleigh below, I only recently discovered that there are actually two Sorbet stores in Cresta. I have yet to go inside the upstairs store but the one downstairs next to Clicks is great. The ladies who work there are always friendly and helpful. I like the face masks from Sorbet so I often pop in to buy one or two and they seldom don't have what I'm looking for. They are a bit pricey sometimes but I find that the quality of the products justifies the cost.

I was really impressed with the Sorbet at Cresta (lower level, next to Clicks). A couple of months ago, I arrived without an appointment wanting to repair a cracked nail. Though they didn't have an appointment available, they called a nail technician from her tea break to quickly fix it and didn't charge me either! What superstars - friendly and accommodating.

The only reason I rated the location of this store so low is because I didn't know that there are actually two stores in Cresta! I had to go to the management office in Cresta and on my way there I discovered that there is a sneaky little sorbet shop in the corridor which leads to the offices. It is upstairs near the post office and the German store and they have all the facial packs and do the actual facial treatments in that store. Just something to be aware of for the future. The other store is well located downstairs by Clicks but is often packed so it's great to be aware of the lesser known shop.
