When we last travelled to Mauritius, we opted to exchange some of our money on RSA land. We visited a/the ORTIA branch of Travelex. There was no Q. Anyway, I showed my proof of address, my travel documents, passport, and was promptly assisted. We did not pre-order our currency (as one should), but they were able to assist us quite a bit. This particular branch of Travelex is after the security check, on the international side. Once we had our currency, the Travelex employee asked which is our boarding gate; he kindly pointed out the direction to walk, advising that it's a short walk. Excellent service.
