    Why is it that, in general, Nedbank seems to make you feel like they are doing you such an enormous favour by keeping AND USING your money. If they want to be a corporate bank, then they should let all the minnows (like me) know so that we can all move whatever accounts we have with them. Their staff always seem miserable and less than happy to help out if something is slightly left of the book and they don't seem to like explaining either. I have had this experience on numerous occasions ONLY at Nedbank.

    I have had 3 accounts with Nedbank for the last 30 years and am about to close all three. My current account is with RMB Private Bank and they are wonderful - guess they will be getting all of my business.

    Irritated
