    I been banking with Absa for almost 12 years now, haven't really had any issues with their service until yesterday. I was asked to call customer service regarding a query. I spent almost 90 mins on that call waiting for the next available agent to take my call, extremely furious at the fact that i was on that call for so long i decided to leave a post on their Facebook page. They in boxed me asking me for my contact details saying that their team will contact me regarding this matter. Its day2, i am still waiting for a response. Really upsetting service.

    Customer service / Absa call center

    I been banking with Absa for almost 12 years now, haven't really had any issues with their service until yesterday. I was asked to call customer service regarding a query. I spent almost 90 mins on that call waiting for the next available agent to take my call, extremely furious at the fact that i was on that call for so long i decided to leave a post on their Facebook page.     The service is good and the staff is easy to approach at Midrand ABSA Bank

    There products on offer and staff are definitely the reason this bank remains one of the top banks. Efficient, knowledgeable and friendly staff, together with quality service is what will keep me an Absa customer for a long time (if not forever).

    Definitely tops for a reason

    There products on offer and staff are definitely the reason this bank remains one of the top banks. Efficient, knowledgeable and friendly staff, together with quality service is what will keep me an Absa customer for a long time (if not forever).

    ABSA Rewards

    What a new exciting concept!! Shaving on fuel is the best for me!!

    I received a call from Absa last week regarding delivery of a card. Being the pessimist I am i did not expect much in the way of time as well as good service but I was pleasantly surprised by not only the friendliness of the consultants who kept me up to date with every single step they took but also the speediness which it took to get the card delivered to my door! What AMAZING customer service. I am thoroughly impressed:-)

    Speedy Service

    I received a call from Absa last week regarding delivery of a card.     ABSA Bank service

    I have been with ABSA bank for as long as i can remember and I am happy with the bank itself. However, I have only had awful experiences with this particular branch! In an enquiries queue for over 2 hours, only to get to the front and no one can help me.

    Day to day

    Good place to pop in and deal with day to day banking needs

    I've been a Private Bank client for the past 14 years and I have been contacted by my banker less than 3 times. This kind of service is not what Private Banking's all about.

    Below Standard

    I've been a Private Bank client for the past 14 years and I have been contacted by my banker less than 3 times. This kind of service is not what Private Banking's all about.
