    What a fuck-up of a branch. Totally frustrated with the service at this branch. Tried opening an Estate Late Account and 3 1/2 weeks later still waiting on an account number. I am told that in most banks it takes 2 - 3 days. Nobody returns calls or mails. Totally regret my decision to bank with them.

    No communication

    What a fuck-up of a branch. Totally frustrated with the service at this branch. Tried opening an Estate Late Account and 3 1/2 weeks later still waiting on an account number. I am told that in most banks it takes 2 - 3 days. Nobody returns calls or mails. Totally regret my decision to bank with them.

    I went to Nedbank Kenilworth Centre yesterday 30th October 2019 to do some business. The thing that made me mad is that I was not able to cancel a Stop Order. I was told that the person who currently has authorisation to do the cancellation of the Sop Order is currently busy. I was asked to wait. After entering at 15h15 I eventually needed the toilet and told the staff member that was walking the floor. He told me I cannot use the toilet as it is a risk. I told him (Brandon) that I am diabetic and need to go. He went to Sonia Van der Westhuisen the Branch Manager who was on the floor at the time and was told no.No-one even took into account that I use a crutch because I also have arthritis. I went to the centre toilet and on the way there I wet myself. Remember I am diabetic. By the time I got back to the bank the lady whom Brandon told me will help me had left. I was then sent to Shandre who took the details down manually and I asked to be e-mailed the copy of the cancellation. It is now 13h01 and still waiting for my cancellation e-mail. What happens in this case where I get such pathetic service. I have been a Nedbank client for a long time. Please help

    Requested cancellation of Stop Order

    Good day
    I went to Nedbank Kenilworth Centre yesterday 30th October 2019 to do some business. The thing that made me mad is that I was not able to cancel a Stop Order. I was told that the person who currently has authorisation to do the cancellation of the Sop Order is currently busy. I was asked to wait.
