    drivers Incense

    hi my drivers Incense expired on 23 June from them i have been trying to get an appointment but no luck , can someone assist me the way forward i am running out of time , also trying calling just rings

    Just want to say thank you to the following persons - Malutsi and Lisa. My son's motorcycle licence was schedule for the 4th of March at 13:00. On the morning of the 4th I was notified by a person from Edenvale testing centre that there was a problem with the equipment and the test can no longer be done. Upon my arrival at the testing station I was inform to make appointment for a new date.I met up with Malutsi and explained the situation to him that I can't make a new date my son's learners expire on the 8 of March and what about the money I already paid. That I will forfeit it . So he and Lisa said they will make a plan . So Malutsi brought a battery out of his own pocket to see whether he can fix the equipment in order to help me the same day. Unfortunatey the battery was not the only problem with the equipment. So they said they make a plan I must come back on Friday the 6 of March. Upon my arrival today they said they are ready for him because the equipment were fix and the test will proceed at 14:00. With this I just want to say a special thank you for Malutsi going out of his way to accommodate me together with Lisa.

    Motorcycle licence

    SERVICE COMPLAINT

    I would like to draw your attention to the APPALING telephone service - sorry non service - at the driving license dept - 011 999 3274, it just rings & rings & rings & after 90 seconds drops out !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

    This sir is the 21st century why don't you & / or your staff enter it before it's too late.

    My request was to be IF anybody bothered to answer the telephone "is my new drivers license ready for collection", I ask this as I applied & paid for this on15 / 11 / 2017.

    Not happy!

    Not happy. Spent 5 hours standing in the freezing cold to renew my licence. Only ONE person to do eye tests! Ended up with flu that has lasted for over a month now!! Was told that I'd get a call when my licence is ready. It's way over a month now and no call and impossible to contact via telephone! How do I find out if my licence is ready for collection?     Terrible Service

    I'm here at the licence department to renew my driver's licence and to my surprise, four(4) hours later, I haven't been helped. Your service is beyond terrible. How can you have only two people who do the eye test. In addition, it takes on average ten(10) minutes to do the eye test. This is pathetic and disgusting.

    Everybody is giving this Edenvale office wonderful ratings BUT has anybody tried to phone them??? I phoned Kempton Park office to just be told that Kempton Park office is closed for renovations and while still asking questions as to what to do and what I need the phone was put down in my ear without telling me what I needed to know - that was so rude after I was very friendly. So after that unpleasantness I tried all morning to phone the Edenvale office and that phone remains engaged constantly. I do not know exactly what I need, how much it will cost, may I pay with a card or must I have cash, what hours do they operate and if I need an appointment. The website does not tell me this info at all - so I might have to spend the petrol to drive there and then have to go back again and then again when I have to collect the license card - not favorable for an unemployed person at all. I can understand that their phones might be very busy but REALLY two hours trying continuously and not get through - something must be wrong???

    renew driver's license telephone enquiry

    Everybody is giving this Edenvale office wonderful ratings BUT has anybody tried to phone them???     Edenvale License Department

    I am so super Impressed with the Edenvale License Department, I needed to get a new drivers and temporary as unfortunately I lost mine. I was in and out of there within half an hour, each staff member greeted me properly and with a smile on their face. Thank you so much to all the staff members that helped me I really appreciate it! Extremely professional and efficient.

    Front desk look at all documents to see that you have what is required, was given a number, did not even sit before the number was called, eye test, finger printing, all done, then of to cashier to pay, final stop another teller to receive my temporary license, I was in and out of there in 15 minutes, superfast, efficient and very friendly. I hope all our public service departments are moving towards this level of service.

    I got my driver's license at this testing station and it was great. I didn't have to wait long. They were efficient in processing my test and the staff were good. I know people have really awful experiences when they go for their driver's test but mine was wonderful and you really need that on such a nerve wrecking day!

    Licensing (Edenvale)

    I got my driver's license at this testing station and it was great. I didn't have to wait long. They were efficient in processing my test and the staff were good.     Horrible service!

    After being Shouted at and harassed at the Edenvale Licensing department, I now realize no matter how much tax we pay, that service and delivery is not commitment with the Licensing department.
    The see what they do as a favor to the general public to a customer focus point or a need to deliver sector!

    I feel insulted and furious of how I was treated with such a rude and unprofessional manager and honestly wish I could do my licensing somewhere else where there is better service levels.
