World class customer service - INTROSTAT

In today's customer service oriented society, timely, friendly, proactive service is sought to enhance future business growth. Customer loyalty is always impacted when you employ the right service professional to represent you when assisting your valued customers. My experience @ INTROSTAT recently was nothing short of EXCELLENT from the sales staff to the Management team. I advise anyone looking for Printers, Cartridges and Toners to shop at INTROSTAT.

I've also ordered ink cartridges from Introstat late last year and the service is nothing less than brilliant. Sales consultant was more than helpful and ensured delivery the next day as promised, great customer service and competitive pricing.

best customer service.sales.and advice

well done.they are very helpful and offer great advise .had recently bought an hp printer.....had a few queries ...dialled them and they went out of thier way to assist..well done

Great Service

Ordered cartridges via email to a sales consultant, it was a breeze, and delivered the next day! Well done Introstat, made by day a lot easier!
