I generally have at least 2-3 cups of coffee weekly at this coffee shop. Over the past 3 months, I had a number of instances were the cup of coffee was of such poor quality. I'm not sure whats changed but management will have to intervene.

Popped in for a mid morning coffee n conversation with a colleague. Although I have driven past this popular venue umpteen times, had never experienced it. Great vibe, as one expects at a VC, populated by the 'regular crowd' having 'shuffled in' for java, vibe and 'connect'. We decided to revel in the winter sunshine and opted for an outside table to quaff a creamy cappucino ... mmm ... beverage somewhat disappointing on this occasion, particularly after all the rave reviews and my personal experience at other Vida e's - but then perhaps just a 'bad day at the office'? Prime fashionable spot will ensure they keep 'packing em in' despite the price and the odd glitch .. ?

The standards are certainly dropping. Coffee no longer as good as it used to be. Services still the same but the ambience is not as great. Sometimes the place feels dirty.

just down my street...love this joint....u can sit n unwind for hours.....from the moment u step in you are treated like loyalty.....thats why i keep going there for my cuppa......this joint is excellent to sit and unwind......

Nothing is worse than walking into any retail business and being ignored by the people who are supposed to serve you from behind the counter. At Vida e cafe you are acknowledged from the second you walk in the door, not by one, but by all behind the counter. It is so awesome to receive such great service. Thank you guys.
OH...BTW - The quality of the coffee is of top notch !!! A+
