Selling our property in Thesen Islands, Knysna

Cathy and I have been buying and selling properties for the last 30 Years. We have dealt with a number of estate agencies and agents. Louis Taljaard from Rawson properties referred me to Peter Southey the franchisee from Rawson properties in Knysna. At our first meeting Peter brought his estate agent Annalize with
What an experience of efficiency, transparency, sharing of knowledge and total dedication to their work.
Within 72 hours they presented a proposal in book form of a very high standard. This covered all our questions. No further calculations on pieces of paper were necessary.
Numerous photos were taken as well as a virtual tour photo presentation of our property aimed at the internet market.
We most certainly will recommend Peter and his team to all buyers and sellers. They are setting excellent industry standards.
