    Shocking

    Absolutely shocking service! Again!! Call centre an absolute waste of time and now nobody answers the phone at the offices. Call centre said I must go to the offices and when I said I live in a Cape Town I was met with the response 'well that's not their problem"

    Pleasant surprise

    Meneer Janse van Vuuren het my mooi gehelp.
    Minder as 30 minute gevat om aansoek te doen vir paspoort.
    Hulle neem nou self die fotos.
    Almal was vriendelik.
    IT stelsel het een keer gecrash en hulle het my nommer verloor in die tou maar my toe sommer self kom roep.

    Talk about pathetic

    Wow, this place is a nightmare , its so freaken busy, the place is filthy and the people employed there are absolutely HORRIFIC! Went their for my ID for arrived 30min before they opened. Only got home at 2, what a waste of my day!!

    extreme poor service rude consultants Mrs Nel supervisors Mrs Bujwa and manager Mr Miya

    Am so dispointed with home affairs in harrison,I applied 4 endorsement to work after two weeks submission I was told today it hasn't been captured,they said it wil take 40days,am worried bcoz am suposed to start work on the 01/12/13,ca some1 advice me on who I can call or talk to at home affairs.

    Worst place over!!!! If they don't want to work they should sit at home than making life difficult for people. Application I submitted in London, UK took less than 3 weeks, and yet here in South Africa they failed to capture my application and got to found out after 3 weeks of making application.

    Home Affairs Harrisson street

    Worst place over!!!! If they don't want to work they should sit at home than making life difficult for people.     Fear

    I dread visiting the home affairs department. I never know what to expect. I view the staff as not committed to their work. They are extremely busy with everything else and have no time for us. I just wish I did not have anything to do with that office. Pity as a foreigner, I am forced to go there.

    non satisfactory service received

    we were given the wrong information twice, which badly effected our application and cost us a lot of money. The supervisor is not helpful and often harsh in the way that she treats people. It had been so bad that we are still waiting for the outcome of our application 8 months later. we are truly disappointed in the service delivery of this home affairs. I wonder if they realize what an impact their job efficiency has an impact on peoples lives??
