This is just an addition to the question I asked a few minutes ago: I have been taking iron tablets with a hope that my craving of soil will get better but I finished the whole pack with no difference in my craving. Can I just eat it safely?

    Dear Doctor,

I actually would like to ask a question, I was admitted at Life Carstenhof clinic on the 5th July 2019 with a problem of bladder stones, which you removed on the 6th July 2019. I crave soil so much I find it difficult to concentrate until I eat it. I have been trying to avoid eating soil since I was discharged but my life is not fine without it. My question is: now that I have had my gall bladder removed, can I eat soil safely knowing that I will no longer have gall stones?
