    The telkom at clearwater mall services is bad as in bad! I took a contract on a saturday, i got a message on Wednesday, i went on thursday the lady told me its already been taken, I went to another telkom called telkom express, the lady told me its fine she can do another application, then said i should come the following day I went she came up with another excuse and she said saturday, on monday when i called they said my profile is low i must go open accounts yet i have so many accounts, and the so called contract was approved few days ago.

    bad service

    The telkom at clearwater mall services is bad as in bad! I took a contract on a saturday, i got a message on Wednesday, i went on thursday the lady told me its already been taken, I went to another telkom called telkom express, the lady told me its fine she can do another application, then said i should come the following day I went she came up with another excuse and she said saturday, on monday when i called they said my profile is low i must go open accounts yet i have so many accounts, and the so called contract was approved few days ago.

    Con artists

    Went to take out a new contract as they were supposedly the best deal on this specific phone. Stood for about 15 minutes without being acknowledged, then finally got to see a salesperson.     Can anyone be WORSE than Telkom ?

    I do not know how they can still be in business. They are worst than the post office, which is non existing as well. Nobody will take ownership of your problem.

    Most incompetent service!!
    Signed up for a deal 2 weeks ago, he said he is ordering the phone, no feedback was given so I contacted the store. Just to find out that I have been waiting for nothing as no stock was ordered and the warehouse is sold out.
    Tried to call carl for 2 hours and 30 minutes and no one in that office answers the phone

    No Service and no Feedback

    I would love to be able to choose 0 for response time and 0 for Knowledge of Staff!

    Transferred our landline to a new address. On the invoice it states you will get a NEW FREE CORDLESS PHONE with your transfer. Did not take the old phone from where we moved and there was no phone at the new address. I have been to Clearwater Telkom 4 times already. NO stock. Nobody is willing to commit to help. I have complained on the Telkom facebook site and on messanger (not publicly) they made all kinds of promises. You cannot get hold of anyone at the Telkom Clearwater shop via a phone call, yet when you walk in to the shop the staff are always standing around. I will NOT recommend Telkom to anyone any longer and will move my 2 telkom mobile accounts as soon as the 24 month contract has expired. The service and commitment is SHOCKING after the sale has been made or the contract has been signed.

    Phone transfer FREE CORDLESS PHONE

    Transferred our landline to a new address. On the invoice it states you will get a NEW FREE CORDLESS PHONE with your transfer. Did not take the old phone from where we moved and there was no phone at the new address. I have been to Clearwater Telkom 4 times already. NO stock. Nobody is willing to commit to help. The centre advised that I had been incorrectly infomed, and that I would need to give a calendar month's notice to cancel, and then go for 'prepaid', and that I would be refunded for the billing error. Very disappointing mess after all the good work done here in the first instance - excellent deal, ported number service OK, great signal, etc.

    Telkom - Cell Phone Contract Problems

    My Telkom cellphone contract (which included an unbeatable combination of phone, airtime, sms's, free landline call to 1 number for a year, and a huge amount of data at the time) recently came to an end. I called in a couple of months ago when the contract expired, and was very happy to be able to just continue on a month to month basis, with the same airtime data deal, with monthly cost reducing by the capital amount (now repaid) of the cellphone.     Telkom Clearwater - Inconsistency is constant ?!

    Called in to this office recently with a friend to formally take over his LTE contract (what a pleasure to experience a little bit of speed !) , as he was emigrating. He had previously undertaken telephonic research which pre-informed our visit. Armed with all the necessary bits of plastic and paper, we joined the pre-opening queue and shuffled in after door opening. After standing in the correct 'sub' queue for about 10 minutes, we were questioned by the official doing the 'queue management' - concierge or "Groeter Ontmoeter" , to whom we explained our need.     Visited the Telkom store at Clearwater early September and ordered a Huawei Mate 7 for which they had no stock and promised to contact me when available. The Vodacom, MTN and Cell C stores had stock readily available and was able to conclude the deal immediately but I waited for the Telkom store.

    Telkom whose business is telecommunications cannot be contacted as their numbers just ring without answer and the mail box on the line is full and cannot accept any messages.

    Service at Telkom is the worst I have experienced for a long time. The competition is way ahead and with this poor service levels Telkom will definitely fall further behind the other service providers.

    DISAPPOINTED.

    Telkom Clearwater - Extremely poor service

I was assisted by an intelligent, well trained, pleasant and completely efficient young lady, who simply went about arranging what needed to be done with no fuss whatsoever, and I was 'done and dusted' in no time flat. So, not only are Telkom / Telkom mobile offering stunning products / deals, they seem to have appointed new staff that are excellent, in order to consummate sales. (Excuse me while I finish eating my hat !?!). What a pleasure !

    Telkom - Turning the Tables !?! - from Zero to Hero

    Well I never thought it possible, but Telkom have been transformed - both in terms of value propositions and service. Having been attracted by the simply unbeatable new deals on both cellphones, call rates and computer hardware, as well as network speed - so critical - called in to buy an upgrade to my ancient desktop. I was assisted by an intelligent, well trained, pleasant and completely efficient young lady, who simply went about arranging what needed to be done with no fuss whatsoever, and I was 'done and dusted' in no time flat. So, not only are Telkom / Telkom mobile offering stunning products / deals, they seem to have appointed new staff that are excellent, in order to consummate sales. (Excuse me while I finish eating my hat !?!). What a pleasure !

    Telkom Clearwater - When will they ever learn ?

    Called in early one morning to buy a new 'splitter' for my ADSL line. After opening the store late, my request for a new splitter was not able to be fulfilled, and I was referred to a computer hardware store in the centre. Whilst the store in question was able to provide the item with a smile, it's really BAD that Telkom did not have stock of this very basic essential item.

    Called in after having been charged for the free ADSL trial ! (Yes !) After EXTREME effort to make a connection on ADSL, I gave up, was forced to call in and sort out. Waited for an eternity to get served, and endured an eternity to have my issue attended to ! Pleasant enough person, but when processes are so 'doff', nice smiles and great shopfitting don't make up for poor service. (Here's a giggle - account payments counter / signage OVERRIDDEN by printed sign (stuck on to counter 'wiff sticky tape) indicating that payment of (Telkom) accounts no longer accepted, but go to any one of the following stores or banks -(SORRY - I ASK YOU JUDGE - what utter rubbish !?) You're fired, TELKOM !!!

    Telkom Walk In Centre - Clearwater - as bad as ever

    Called in after having been charged for the free ADSL trial ! (Yes !) After EXTREME effort to make a connection on ADSL, I gave up, was forced to call in and sort out. Waited for an eternity to get served, and endured an eternity to have my issue attended to ! Pleasant enough person, but when processes are so 'doff', nice smiles and great shopfitting don't make up for poor service. (Here's a giggle - account payments counter / signage OVERRIDDEN by printed sign (stuck on to counter 'wiff sticky tape) indicating that payment of (Telkom) accounts no longer accepted, but go to any one of the following stores or banks -(SORRY - I ASK YOU JUDGE - what utter rubbish !?)
