    Mosaic (Orient Hotel) in Pretoria
Having travelled the world, filling several passports in the process, Chantel found her second home in Paris where she fell in love with the Belle Epoque Restaurants such as Le Grand Colbert, Vaganende and La Fermette Marbeuf. When asked how she wanted to decorate Restaurant Mosaic, her choice was easy in the Art Nouveau style. Renowned South African Impressionist artists and interior decorators were commissioned to step back in time to the romantic early 1900s to create a restaurant that was both romantic and unique.

Probably the best french cuisine I've ever tasted in my life. Amazing. The food at the Orient was out of this world. My wife being allergic to diary was given an even better meal than mine which I didn't know was possible. The wine was brilliant, the pricing although high, was brilliant value for money. You are looking at around R1000 / head but that's almost 10 courses of food. A dining experience that you need to treat yourself and a loved one too.
