    Parcel From Hong Kong

    i am so frustrated. i ahev a parcel coming from hong kong. was delivered to OR Tambo customs on the 20/11/2016 tracking number 30765605496. problem is they requested documetnation and i have sent it. Aramex has even been to their premises to see what is the hold up adn still they cant help. is everyone on damn holiday there or what. how can you hold onto someone's parcel for so long. MY gosh, wat nosense is this. Inefficiency at its best. i need my parcel and i need this to be sorted out now. your'll are making me look bad. talking about too many people dropping work on your'll s desks. do the job you paid to do and release our stuff man. acting like we bring dangerous goods in. I will now go on every site and every paper and make a complaint about this bec i am sick of waiting. *damn unhappy*

    TERRIBLE service, parcel detained for 10 days

    i am so frustrated. i ahev a parcel coming from hong kong. was delivered to OR Tambo customs on the 20/11/2016 tracking number 30765605496. problem is they requested documetnation and i have sent it.     parcels from Uk

    I recieved a call from inter Africa courier company telling my parcels had arrived. I paid R14950 and they tell me now I still have to pay R1400 for delivery. I'm am unemployed and can't pay it. Is there any one that can help me please cause I have no idea how this works.

    Customs at OR Tambo offer the worst service when trying to inquire about a parcel. I have been waiting for a parcel that arrived at the airport at 6 September 2016 from the USPS, which I purchased on 3 September 2016 from the United States. Calls have been made with not much help being offered and emails have been sent with only one correspondence email of a reference number.     Parcel outstanding

    Customs at OR Tambo offer the worst service when trying to inquire about a parcel. I have been waiting for a parcel that arrived at the airport at 6 September 2016 from the USPS, which I purchased on 3 September 2016 from the United States.     I need to contact Customs at OR Tambo

    I need to get in touch with customs for a parcel which has arrived at JHB OR Tambo - what is the email or contact number.

    Please need your immediate attention, I have send boxes from Saudi Arabia to South Africa via Emirates. The content of the boxes are house hold goods. I live in Gauteng. All Emirates Cargo are been detained at Johannesburg airport. I have used Kanoo to pack my goods.

    I had accommodation in Saudi Arabia where I work, I bought all content from a previous gentleman that also worked here but resigned. I was relocated outside to a remote area and that’s why I send all my goods home. My wife stayed with me for a while.

    The custom agent are refusing to give our goods to my wife saying she have to pay the import agent to help her clear the goods, she also hold back all my spices I bought in South Africa and now sending it back. We now have to wait almost a month to get our parcels cleared because they don’t have sniffer dogs to see if spices aren’t drugs, and the same time asking me R220 per day storage and I have to pay the custom an amount because they have to clear all goods. I am not willing to lose my parcels due to incompetence and lack of dogs on airport.

    Customs say we have to pay warehouse fees for a month till all my goods are cleared. They keep all my goods because of spices. I please need your assistance and your valuable time to help my wife. Why is the custom officer holding our stuff and how can she say its new if it’s not, its second hand stuff I bought from other guy. I am not willing to pay for a month, and if it’s going to take that long they say if I don’t pay they keep it to sell and that’s also illegal.

    Household goods

    reference- ee770261894au, The parcel contained, temperature sensors Not (oils and other products of the distillation of high temperature coal)
    we Urgently need this adjusted and corrected on the invoice. A refund needs to be done as we require this parcel very urgently from the post office.
