    I have been sent a package by someone in the UK and he mistakenly put money inside the parcel. I was then told by the Agent of the courier services he used that my package could not be released because of that money and I was told to paid R3000 which I did. After that the agent called me and told me that I couldn't be released because the money inside was way more than what it's allowed but I had confirmed that it was not and even forwarded the email that was sent to me by my fiance stating how much is in the package but couldn't get help and my package is still in the airport

    Awaiting a package

    I have been sent a package by someone in the UK and he mistakenly put money inside the parcel. I was then told by the Agent of the courier services he used that my package could not be released because of that money and I was told to paid R3000 which I did. After that the agent called me and told me that I couldn't be released because the money inside was way more than what it's allowed but I had confirmed that it was not and even forwarded the email that was sent to me by my fiance stating how much is in the package but couldn't get help and my package is still in the airport

    We cant complain about the service of the PO Customer Services/Call Centre OR Customs, because there is NO service!!
    I mailed a box to my grandchildren 12 March via AIRMAIL nearly 3 months ago; Customer services of the POST OFFICE is a joke. They don't answer the phones, nor the emails, NOTHING!! Customs are just as bad. Tracking CN011549266ZA.
    I don't even want to give them a rating of 1 because it is too much it should be 0 (zero) very, very poor.

    PARCEL MISSING

    We cant complain about the service of the PO Customer Services/Call Centre OR Customs, because there is NO service!!

    THIS PACKAGE WAS FOR MY BUSINESS TRIP WHICH IS TIME SENSITVE. I HAD TO CANCELL THIS TRIP TWICE NW WHICH HAS COST ME NEARLY R10000 .
    ALSO NW ITS GOING TO BE TOO LATE IF THEY RELEASE MY GOODS, CAWS THEY HAVE TO PRESENTED FOR THE REST OF SPRING.
    SO IV NOW NOT ONLY LOST R10000 IN TRAVEL EXPENSE I TOO HAVE LOST NEARLY R500k IN BUSINESS!!!!!!

    Horrible! I have parcels ordered in June and still have not arrived. When I asked how long they would still take at customs they said maximum two weeks. It has been over a month now and still nothing. Ridiculous!

    Horrible service. And not helpful at all

    Horrible! I have parcels ordered in June and still have not arrived. When I asked how long they would still take at customs they said maximum two weeks. It has been over a month now and still nothing. Ridiculous!
