    Waiting

    I have a small parcel which arrived in RSA 18th july 2017 Tracking No RR507471833JP. 2 months and it still has not been released. No phone communication available. What can a person do. SARS are quick enough to demand tax!!!

    My parcel arrived in at customs on the 29th of July , Tracking number CP001339532EG . It is now the 21st of August and still my parcel has not been scanned in with a local tracking number . It is virtually impossible to get any info or assistance . Customs do not answer the phone and speed services couriers / post office cannot assist because customs dont communicate with them either . This is just another african state run entity that has fallen apart with no system or process flow to deal with the influx of items . Shockingly poor and concerning for many buisness owners who cannot get their items . No wonder our economy is in such a state . There is nothing a person can do other than wait or have a heart attack stressing about it. My parcel took 8 days to get from Hurgada in Egypt then Cairo and then to Jo/burg but then has not moved for over 2 months ???? what the F......K is going on over there ? probably all sleeping on the counters .... Extremely frustrating !!

    Parcel stuck at customs

    My parcel arrived in at customs on the 29th of July , Tracking number CP001339532EG . It is now the 21st of August and still my parcel has not been scanned in with a local tracking number . It is virtually impossible to get any info or assistance . Customs do not answer the phone and speed services couriers / post office cannot assist because customs dont communicate with them either . This is just another african state run entity that has fallen apart with no system or process flow to deal with the influx of items . Shockingly poor and concerning for many buisness owners who cannot get their items . No wonder our economy is in such a state .     Parcels don't arrive. Unfit Mangement

    I have a few parcel that still did not arrive.They in the country allready since beginning of July. From Germany and China. What is going on. Is there someone working at costoms? It is unbeliveable . How Can we do bussines and import if people are working like snails. Send them home there are plenty of people willing to work for there Money.     Registered Item Missing:
    I have been trying to get the Registered Item sent to me containing my personal documentation sent via British Mail first Class International on 17 July 2017, arriving in south /Africa 21 July 2017 released from customs for weeks and weeks. Customs have admitted to having my envelop (the is no sense in them holding the contents of the item!....pieces of paper about my identity, of HUGE importance to me and of no concern to ANYBODY else) I suspect identity theft and no-one is hearing me, including the President's Hotline where I have opened a case....with no result after 5 weeks! I have phone every possible number for customs, provided by SARS but very few calls are answered and for the few that have been answered , I have had absolutely no result!     Missing Registered Item RI 341 793 360 ZA

    Registered Item Missing:
    I have been trying to get the Registered Item sent to me containing my personal documentation sent via British Mail first Class International on 17 July 2017, arriving in south /Africa 21 July 2017 released from customs for weeks and weeks.     I received a parcel from USPS on 09/10 July 2017JIMC tell me the package has arrived
    Tracking no UA639529020US
    I am now waiting 2 months please advise the holdup at customs
    I have called JIMC and the airports company with no realistic resolution given to me.
    All they say is not received at our office. SAPO you are the courier company you need to find the parcel
    Please given me an outcome that provides a solution to being able to receive my parcel

    Items Release

    Good day,

    I ordered 2 outfits from India which were delivered on Friday 18.08.2017 to S.A. I had to do a customs duty payment, which I did on Friday, and the items have still not been released.

    Morning

    In May 23 2017 I order an item online and it was supposed to arrive in SA on the 27th of July 2017. This parcel has not still reached me and according to the international tracking system this item arrived in SA on the 26th of July 2017.
    In May 29 2017 I ordered another item which was supposed to arrive in SA on the 5th of August. Only recived the item on 10th of August 2017
    In June 9 2017 I ordered another item and was due to arrive in SA on the 14th of August 2017. I still have not heard from the post office and have not received this parcel.

    How come the second item was successfully delivered but the first and the last items are not being delivered?????

    The stores have confirmed that the items where shipped and successfully arrived in South Africa and beyond that they do not have control.

    Your landline is constantly not available and my emails are not being replied.

    Missing Parcels

    Slow clearance times

    I purchase a lot of books from overseas and the clearance times are incredibly slow lately. Last year I received items from UK and USA within 3 weeks, now I'm waiting up to 3 months. What's the problem?

In trying to obtain information regarding the releases of these packages, the call centres constantly say that they are backlogged. That is a norm that's just stuck in their heads. I have 5 packages stuck in customs at the moment and not a single person can advise as to why it's there and haven't been sent the the relevant post office. The service from the call centre is just pathetic. They are so rude and arrogant and have a don't care attitude with their job. Trying to get hold of customs is a nightmare. This is the most frustrating, pathetic service.
