    Took out 3 x Iphone 7 plus on contract. In addition purchased 3 x covers and 3 x screen protectors. Staff offered to put the screen protectors on but leave a huge hair under 1 resulting in bubble under protector. Manager (Darrel) refused to replace or refit protector. Seems customer service stops after you have swiped your card. Pathetic. No more future business from me or my company.

    Non existent Customer service

    Took out 3 x Iphone 7 plus on contract. In addition purchased 3 x covers and 3 x screen protectors. Staff offered to put the screen protectors on but leave a huge hair under 1 resulting in bubble under protector. Manager (Darrel) refused to replace or refit protector. Seems customer service stops after you have swiped your card. Pathetic. No more future business from me or my company.

    I have no doubt that the store manager,and in fact all the stafff of the store, I assumed it was the lady dressed in black, strolling up and down in the store, today 16 Sept 2017, will recognise us since we spend close to four hours in this store today, just for an add on to an existing contract. We arrived at 12:25, and our payment was processed at 16:40. Initial assistance by Patrick was excellent, but Chantel Strydom who did not have the knowledge to assist, was left alone to help us. Store manager came to her workstation once only when she consulted a black notebook at one stage... we did leave the store for coffee for a while when Chantal advised us againt our request to process a Macbook Air contract, and tried to convince us to rather do a cash purchase of a Macbook Pro, further advising us to come back at around 15:00 when shd will be back from an hours' lunch. We decided against this and returned to the store well before 15:00, probably 14:30. Two hours plus later were we finished. Every single client who came before us had been helped and left by this time. Another lady assisted Chantel whilst she was assisting orher clients and clearly felt uncomfortable. My bigger concern was the fact that the store msnager was well aware and witnessed all, without coming to personally assist her staff member, speak with us, offer a chair to sit... truly no leader or example. All of us work hard, and to then spend 4 hours of a very valuable Saturday in a store due to the incompetence of a staff member, and an uninvolved manager, who did not manage this frustration an situation, but rarther chose to observe and watch from a distance,, is just totally unacceptable. We wanted to ask for further price comparisons on contract deals yo makd sure we chose the correct contract for our needs, , but was truly too worried it would take even longer then! I cannot change my day now, water under the bridge, but certainly hope that this message will get the response it deserves

    I had iPhone stolen at the mall and immediately made my way to the iStore. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and sympathetic. The staff were also well trained and fully competent. I would commend this store to anyone. Thank You!

    Wonderfull iStore @ Clearwater Mall

    I had iPhone stolen at the mall and immediately made my way to the iStore. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and sympathetic. The staff were also well trained and fully competent. I would commend this store to anyone. Thank You!

    I’d like to voice my complete dissatisfaction and disappointment in the service I received at the istore in Clearwater Mall. I have 2 faulty ipod-shuffles. I have synced my ipods many times in the past without problems so after many HOURS of trying to reset, format & restore the ipods, re-installing itunes, re-installing the drivers, disabling antivirus software etc I have had no success. Took the ipods to the istore upon which I was told I needed to book them in at the service desk & then come back. So after another hour of waiting I took them back and a disinterested employee told me to come back in 20 minutes. Which I did, but the employee who had previously “helped” me was nowhere in sight. Another employee then fiddled for 30s and told me the ipods aren’t working and then proceeded to stare at me blankly. So I asked him what my options were and how I could fix the problem? He told me they could send it in for repairs which would be around 75% of the cost of a new product or they could do a possible swop where I might get a discount for another product. Now this is not at all what I had in mind. I am not interested in spending MORE money on another product but I proceeded to ANOTHER desk. None of the employees even knew which generation shuffle it was or what the differences are – as an istore employee I would expect them to know their products!? She then told me that my ipods were basicly worthless and then gave me another blank stare.I still have no resolution to my problem and now have 2 “worthless” ipods in my possession. I really would have appreciated some help as this has completely put me off purchasing any apple products in future if this is the kind of service I will be getting.

    Unsatisfactory service @ istore Clearwater Mall

    a store were people realy want to help great staff and go out of their way to get for you want you want

    After having 'hassled for some days in DIY mode to transfer my contacts from Sony Ericsson to iPhone, finally capitulated and popped into the iStore. Was ably assisted immediately by Andre, who with the aid of fancy gadget and all the cables one could ever dream of, took a copy of my Sony contacts, which he then promptly uploaded into my iPhone. Well done that man, well done that store ! (Now all I have to do is learn to drive the new device !?! As Bart Simpson Simpson says he can't use his phone to phone !

    IStore Clearwater - Sorted in a jiffy

    After having 'hassled for some days in DIY mode to transfer my contacts from Sony Ericsson to iPhone, finally capitulated and popped into the iStore. Was ably assisted immediately by Andre, who with the aid of fancy gadget and all the cables one could ever dream of, took a copy of my Sony contacts, which he then promptly uploaded into my iPhone. Well done that man, well done that store ! (Now all I have to do is learn to drive the new device !?! As Bart Simpson Simpson says he can't use his phone to phone !

    Staff need some training

    I've been using Apple products for over 6 years now but most of my products were purchased in the US. Over the past 2 years a number of these stores have sprouted in the country. This is another store with the usual range of products. The service was average, in that some of the staff are not familiar with the functionality of the iMac and Mac Pro. Every time I asked the sales staff for advice, the individual needed to speak to somebody....it is most irritating. But Stuart was fairly helpful.

    Tip - Rather asked the technicians for advice.
